Danny W. McDaniel, P.I., is a retired South Carolina State Trooper. Prior to Danny’s retirement from the State Patrol he was also assigned to The South Carolina Department of Public Safety, Division of Motor Vehicles as a drivers license examiner, for both commercial (CDL) and non-commercial applications.
During Danny’s career with S.C.H.P. he had the responsibility of investigating numerous motor vehicle collisions in many South Carolina jurisdictions. Danny has been qualified as an expert witness in civil and criminal courts across South Carolina. Danny has testified as an expert witness for both the plaintiff and defendant as required.
After Danny’s retirement in 2002, he became a licensed behind the wheel commercial drivers license (CDL) instructor and examiner. This license was issued by The South Carolina Department of Public Safety for use in the private sector. Danny taught for about one year as a CDL instructor/examiner at Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College located in Orangeburg, South Carolina.
M&M P.I. Inc. has assisted numerous attorneys in South Carolina with civil and criminal cases, some of these cases include, murder, criminal sexual conduct, assault, divorce, DUI, Felony DUI, reckless homicide, excessive force, wrongful death, traffic collision related fatalities and post conviction relief.
Danny’s previous law enforcement training, experience and knowledge, combined with real world situations has proven beneficial to both attorneys and clients.
